About Danielle Lembi

With over 16 years of experience in event management, people operations, customer relationship management, and social networking, I am passionate about creating engaging and inclusive experiences for the community and the workplace. As the Workplace Experience Manager at the rapidly scaling startup Humane™, I lead the planning and execution of a modern digital workplace and initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and diversity. I also managed the communication and feedback channels between the employees, the leadership, and the external stakeholders, ensuring that the values and vision of Humane™ are aligned and shared. Previously, I was the Community Manager and the Community Programs Partner at Humane™, where I supported the growth and engagement of the online and offline community, and facilitated the creation and delivery of streamlined processes and inspirational content resources. Before joining Humane™, my background was in hotels and hospitality where managed and executed Michelin Star events where I oversaw the operations and sales of a high-volume and award-winning restaurant and catering business. I studied Recreation Administration, with a focus on Resort and Lodging Management, from California State University-Chico. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities that can enhance the quality and impact of my work. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to create meaningful and memorable experiences for Humane™ and its community.
