In addition to my leadership acumen, my technical expertise in drilling & completions engineering, process development, and drafting technical documents has been instrumental in driving forward technical initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards. I thrive in collaborative environments, fostering open communication and leveraging the strengths of diverse cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, I consistently deliver high-quality outcomes that contribute to organisational growth and success. I have a passion for supporting and promoting women in engineering and leadership, I have had several opportunities in recent positions to explore this passion, which then lead to co-founding Qld Women of Wells (QWOW) with two other industry colleagues. QWOW is a professional network for women in the oil & gas industry in Qld, our purpose is to provide a space for women to build career confidence, develop a network and participate fully in the energy sector through thriving careers.
