University of Minnesota graduate earning a bachelors degree in Health Services Management. Current post-grad student seeking MSN, RN from St. Catherine University. My current position as a patient care technician involves direct patient care ensuring my patients get the best dialysis experience possible. My self-motivated, driven personality has guided me to excel in all areas of my life. My ambition has consistently pushed me to seek new opportunities. These qualities have led me to diverse environments and communities where I have been able to build strong connections of which I can learn from others and teach from my own experiences. I am a natural born leader who is very passionate about finding ways to improve the quality of healthcare and the healthcare system.
