About Danielle Lisotto

I'm the Director of Business Development at Commercial Interior Resources (CIR), a commercial flooring contractor serving Southern California. I'm responsible for establishing and growing relationships with Architects & Designers, Property & Facility Managers as well as General Contractors, offering support and solutions for their flooring needs. I also manage our event marketing, social media strategy and website. I volunteer for IIDA SoCal (International Interior Design Association) and am currently the Co-Director for the Orange County City Center. I am also a member of Fuse Alliance, a network of over 120 flooring contractors. Prior to working in flooring, I spent close to a decade establishing my career in online advertising in the tech hub of San Francisco. In that time, I gained valuable experience in marketing, sales, account management, client services and people management. But I was ready for a change, so I relocated back to my family roots in SoCal, went on a solo trip through Central and South America and upon my return, I decided to explore other industries. Shortly thereafter, the opportunity at CIR presented itself and although, the jump from advertising technology to construction was a big one, I felt confident making the change because my main objective was still the same - to build client relationships through providing exceptional service and CIR empowered me to do just that.
