Accountable for working with the Meter Reading Service Provider to implement enhancements and changes to meter reading policies, practices, processes and systems that reduce costs and improve customer service levels and maintain the safety of the meter reader and end use customer. Working with the Billing Manager and Customer Care Service Provider to implement enhancements to billing policies, practices, processes and systems that reduce costs and improve customer service levels and ensure compliance Responsible for overseeing of the meter reading system, hardware maintenance/enhancement for Mass Market Customers ( including MVRS, SAP, AMR) Accountable for Meter Reading and Customer Care Service Provider contract governance through active participation in the Operations Management Committee and the Service Management Council Accountable for the validation and management of Service Level requirements as outlines in the Customer Care Care and Meter Reading Service Agreements, Change orders, Changes Requests related to meter reading and billing Work closely with QA, Operations & Engineering Departments on improving the reporting of field safety observations
