About Danielle M. Crawford

As a Community Outreach Coordinator at Moncrief Cancer Institute, I contribute to the mission of providing cancer prevention, education, and support services to the underserved communities in North Texas. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, community partners, and volunteers to plan, implement, and evaluate outreach programs and events that raise awareness, increase screening, and improve access to cancer care. I have a strong background and passion for public health, with a focus on health equity and social justice. I hold a Master's degree in Public Health from Concordia University Texas, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in epidemiology, health promotion, program evaluation, and health policy. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Southeast Missouri State University, where I learned how to prevent and treat injuries related to physical activity. I leverage my education and experience to advocate for the health and wellness of diverse and vulnerable populations.
