About Danielle Madden

I am a highly motivated individual with an excellent range of skills acquired during my academic studies and experience in my career. In my primary degree course of Liberal Arts at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, I excelled and proved that I am a capable student when it comes to written essays, projects and team projects. In September 2016, I completed a Masters Degree in Business Management MA at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, which I enjoyed thoroughly. I studied modules such as Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Economics for Business, Management Principles, Strategic Management, Business Communication, Marketing Management and Knowledge Management. I am the holder of a European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note & Microsoft Outlook. I then moved on to build on my customer service skills and management skills in Uber. I have been working in Uber for the last 4 years and love every minute of it. I am a Safety Team Leader for the past 3 years and enjoy managing a team of highly motivated individuals. The role is very rewarding and I have learned so much about management in my time in Uber.
