About Danielle Marozzi

As a Customer Experience Leader, my goal is to help the Customer Success team deliver memorable experiences to our clients in Latin America, the United States, and Europe. I am driven by the success and satisfaction of our clients, and what drives our clients today is the experience our CSM team provides. My role is to support both CSMs and clients in achieving their professional (and why not personal?) goals by managing best practices and solutions with our platforms in collaboration with our product team. I believe the foundation of my success as a CXP Lead lies in my passion for interpersonal relationships, utilizing written and verbal skills adaptable to each client's and individual's profile. I strive to build strong connections, maintain close and frequent engagement, continuously adding value to the relationships and, most importantly, to the contracted products and services. My internal relationships are also based on a collaborative culture. I work with leaders, providing guidance to executives and technical, operational, and support teams, acting as the voice of the customer within the company. I am an Italo-Brazilian citizen living in Spain, and I have had the opportunity to live in Ireland and Italy, where I encountered and experienced fascinating cultures. This period contributed to my personal development and the improvement of my English, Spanish, and Italian skills.
