I am proud to live and work in the great City of Glendale, AZ for over 27 years. My family and I love to take excursions around Arizona, soaking up the sun and desert life. Since obtaining my real estate license in 1997 & subsequent Broker's license in 2010, I've worked in title/escrow, property management, foreclosures and short sales. I have helped scared, first-time home buyers to seasoned sellers moving into their retirement home - and everyone in between. My personal touch brings not only a successful sale, but also an enjoyable one each step of the way.*Designations/Certificates earned include: Certified Residential Specialist; Graduate Real Estate Institute; Accredited Buyer Representative; Certified Negotiation Expert; Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist; Certified Distressed Property Expert; Certified Short Sale Negotiator. For the last 10 years, I've been in the RE/MAX 100% Club ($100k-$250k in gross commissions) and in 2019, I was a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for $1 million in gross commissions earned.~ Some fun recognitions include: 2009-Recipient of the City of Glendale Spark Award for Neighborhood Leadership / 2019-Sergio Horcos Memorial Spirit of Service Award for Outstanding Citizenship & Community Service / 2023-Graduate of the City of Glendale's 12 week Citizen's Police Academy and Recipient of the "Drive It Like You Stole It" award for the fastest time on a training course in a police cruiser!*I have a heart for volunteering and supporting great causes, including the Children's Miracle Network. For each sale I have, I make a donation, in my client's name, to CMN which directly supports Phoenix Children's Hospital. I participate in the Month of Miracles each August, by organizing Blood Drives to donating my time, efforts and money to a yearly auction held by our brokerage which raises money for the Children's Hospital.*Because I have lived in a 3.5 mile radius for over 46 years, I have VAST knowledge of the Glendale and Phoenix metro area which includes: Surprise, Peoria, Goodyear, Litchfield, Buckeye, Avondale, Scottsdale Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and Apache Junction.
