About Danielle Matlie

As a recent UBC Psychology graduate with a minor in Economics, I’m passionate about using data, systems, and human insight to solve problems and improve experiences. My background includes technical support and administration at Apple, business analysis and student services at UBC—all roles that have sharpened my ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and collaborate across diverse teams. Currently working as an ISC Support Specialist at UBC, I thrive at the intersection of people and processes. Whether I’m resolving technical issues, simplifying complex systems, or supporting cross-functional projects, I aim to bring both precision and empathy to every interaction. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring creative outlets such as cooking and baking, hiking and spending time outdoors, and finding new ways to live a balanced, intentional life.
