Today I work to support users within the N-Tech (Netflix Technology) who require technical assistance on set or behind the scenes when using applications within the production environment. I help to provide access to our internal apps as well as investigating and resolving issues. Previously I worked to support the Netflix application which customers use to steam their favorite shows and movies across various different devices. I used to research issues with the application as well as helping the CS network with their questions/issues globally.
