About Danielle Menendez

Throughout my career, I have delivered nursing care in detoxification facilities as both a staff nurse and a director of nursing. I have a proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced and challenging environments while providing high-quality patient care. My experience includes overseeing all aspects of facility operations, such as licensure processes and regulatory compliance, while successfully managing nursing teams. I have refined my skills in patient assessment, collaborative treatment plan development, and patient education, enabling me to deliver comprehensive care. My ability to start from ground zero and create effective systems has been a key asset throughout my professional journey. During my graduate program, I completed 600 clinical hours with outstanding preceptors, developing skills in advanced assessment, diagnostics, treatment plan development, and disease management. My education, in combination with my nursing experience, has prepared me to transition to the advanced practice role and provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients. As an advanced practice provider, I desire to positively impact patients through continuity of care, cultivating patient relationships, encouraging prevention, and providing patient education.
