About Danielle Miele

Sidelined from my career by injury years ago, and having spent over a decade 'sandwiched in' as a mother of an active young son and as a caregiver for my elderly mother in law, I'm finally healing enough to dive back into my personal and professional aspirations. During the years when I was inactive professionally, my life was focused on feeding a family with so many dietary restrictions due to health issues. I built my own library of recipes and resources for a holistic lifestyle. I'm well versed in food for health, plant-based healing, from the herbs in my garden, to the use of essential oils, supplements, and plants as the most powerful healers. I credit my return to the workforce to Beyond Wellness CBD, medical marijuana, turmeric, arnica, yoga, stretching, massage, acupuncture. Now that I feel healthier and more capable, the healer in me is very focused on attracting the humans in my life to better nutrition overall for a healthier life. Living in Sacramento, CA, the farm to fork capitol, the capitol of the 4th largest independent economy in the world, I have access to a bounty of ingredients for an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. I'm interested in exploring opportunities in which my passions and knowledge can help others, including consulting and research into further plant based therapies for individuals with chronic conditions.
