About Danielle Mik

I have worked with many individuals, employers, insurers and regulators, along with hundreds of clients who have experienced workplace mental health trauma. During these experiences I have witnessed first-hand the lack of understanding around human needs and emotional management that leads to trauma in the workplace and during the compensation process. This experience has motivated me to translate my expertise in human needs and emotional intelligence to creating training that improves individual well-being, reduces costs and improves productivity for workplaces, improves workplace culture and transforms the compensation management process.
