About Danielle Miller

I am currently employed with the Access team in the Ministry of Education and Child Care's Child Care Policy branch. My team develops strategic policy to improve access to equitable, inclusive, quality child care in BC. My prior BC public sector experience includes working with the Ministry of Transportation’s Integrated Transportation Branch. In this role, I supported the development and launch of a provincial integrated transportation and land use planning framework. While finishing my Master of Public Administration, I completed an eight-month Co-op with Global Affairs Canada’s Gulf State Relations Division. In my position as Political Desk Officer, I supported Canada's foreign relations with countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council through monitoring, analyzing and briefing up on social, economic, and political developments. Prior to beginning my MPA degree, I worked as a public sector management consultant at MNP LLP, providing strategic advice to BC’s provincial ministries, municipal governments and non-profit organizations.
