About Danielle Miranda

I believe in the power of the collective. As a lifelong learner, educator and creative, I have a broad-based skill set spanning 10+ years serving under-estimated and marginalized populations. Long-time educational leader and coach centering DEI practices, I am passionate about building intersectional communities in forward-thinking organizations by interweaving culturally sustaining and revitalizing practices & leadership strategies. Continuing to work with and advance: Communities of Color, conservation (land and culture), and sustainability efforts are near and dear to my heart. I regularly volunteer at POC art and cultural events around the San Francisco Bay Area & Southwest serving as integral support to large-scale, native-led events with the intent of advancing tribal and cultural sovereignty. My love languages outside of work are: art (making, looking at and living it), food, and travel. I thrive in collaboration, creation & community and spend as much time possible getting to know new places, spaces and cultures. I strive to stay connected to my personal and professional motivations of maintaining & sustaining a healthy, work-life balance, sincere dedication to success, creating dynamic professional development, strategic planning, and the ongoing advancement of DEI efforts.
