About Danielle Nolan

I’m a social work leader, educator, and community collaborator with 10+ years of experience in pediatric and family-centered care. My work focuses on advancing equity, inclusion, and co-creation with individuals with lived experience, while supporting families, teams, and organizations to thrive. I bring expertise in- Coaching and Leadership – guiding teams, mentoring students, and fostering inclusive practices- Training and Facilitation – delivering workshops on mental health, cultural humility, and psychological safety- Content Development and Collaboration – co-creating accessible resources with autistic individuals, caregivers, and community partners. Grounded in equity and anti-oppression, I combine clinical expertise, organizational leadership, and content strategy to create meaningful change. Outside of work, I love traveling, getting lost in a good book, and spending time near the water.
