I truly adore encouraging body, mind and spirit wellness. I believe overall wellness and quality of life are achieved when these areas are balanced. We must use the limited daily energy we have efficiently. As a licensed massage therapist, I am so grateful for the opportunity to help others. Massage can have profound effects for the body, mind and spirit. I have personally experienced this on a massive level! I have gone through a great deal of healing in my own body, mind and spirit and it continues to be a big focus in my life. I offer traditional massage (Swedish/relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Maternity, Cupping, Myofascial) as well as Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Reiki. No matter which modality I am performing, I focus on activating my client’s parasympathetic nervous system. That’s the state in which we “rest & digest”. When we are in that state, it facilitates healing and stress relief. I believe stress is the number one factor which negatively affects overall wellness and is the root of many ailments.
