As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Novus Mindful Life Institute in Long Beach, California, I am an intuitive, adaptable, and hands-on leader with a passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care. With a versatile background in public and private education, manufacturing, and healthcare, I bring a unique systems-thinking approach to both individual and organizational wellness. In my role as a Mental Health Wellness Consultant, I help individuals understand what therapy is, how it works, and connect them with the right therapists based on their unique needs and goals. I also provide virtual consultations nationwide, creating safe, accessible pathways for healing and growth. Beyond individual support, I offer mental health presentations, workshops, and consulting for businesses and corporate organizations seeking to enhance employee well-being and build healthier, more resilient workplace cultures. Whether guiding a multi-functional team or supporting someone taking their first step toward healing, I lead with compassion, critical thinking, and a deep commitment to equity—advocating for resources across the socio-economic spectrum, including underserved populations and active or retired military.
