I’m a passionate leader with over 15 years of experience in housing and homelessness services, specializing in rapid rehousing, Housing First, and program development. I currently serve as the Divisional Program Operations Director for The Salvation Army Kentucky-Tennessee Division, where I support housing and social service programs across a diverse mix of rural and suburban communities. My career includes leadership roles as a Rapid Rehousing Director, CoC Associate Director, and Social Justice Coordinator. I bring both professional and lived experience to my work and am deeply committed to equity, trauma-informed care, and the belief that housing is a human right. I was honored to receive a Homeless Hero Award for helping eliminate racism in the homeless services system. Whether I’m designing programs, coaching teams, or leading system-level initiatives, I’m driven by a vision of justice for all.
