I am deeply committed to enhancing health outcomes for at-risk populations and am currently pursuing a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, specializing in rural and global public health. My communication abilities, both oral and written, are well-developed, allowing me to effectively deliver presentations, reports, and training sessions to a variety of audiences and stakeholders. I possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, utilizing these applications to create, analyze, and disseminate data and insights. Additionally, I have honed my public speaking, customer service, and communication training skills, which I have successfully applied in numerous task committees and collaborative efforts. With over five years of experience in the insurance and healthcare sectors, I hold a Professional in Healthcare Management (PAHM) certification as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification. In my role as a Health Coach Manager, I leverage my expertise in healthcare management, operational excellence, and data analysis to oversee and coordinate various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and services provided to patients and healthcare providers.
