I can type 76 wpm, I have years of experience with Microsoft Office programs; including several training courses, I am great with organization and task management, and I've had a combined total of over 4 years customer service experience working at Domino’s as both a Delivery Expert and Assistant Manager with 12+ hours shifts, Barnes and Noble, Employbridge, and the Indiana Statesman. My job as a debt collector has proven my ability to quickly and easily adapt to new work environments and job requirements. I also have experience working with contractors as a federal civilian employee Contract Specialist.I am a dedicated worker. I love to learn, and I am great at retaining and understanding information. The people I’ve worked with, as well as those in my personal life, have often told me that they understand things better once I’ve explained it to them. I find personal fulfillment in helping people, and I am highly motivated. I will do everything I can to exceed the expectations set for me. In my most recent position, I achieved the highest average call quality for my team and consistently performed miles above our daily standards. In the position I held prior, I was a collections agent that set a record for most money collected in the first month; this was my first time in a collections role. In my job before that, I was ranked number one in my store as far as my overall performance as a delivery driver. I am honest and sincere.
