As an Operations Manager at Care Check Ltd, we lead a team of criminal record check consultants who provide fast, reliable, helpful, and trusting DBS services to all kinds of organisations and employers in the UK. With 9+ years of experience in the DBS industry, I have developed a passion for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable groups and creating a positive customer experience using our system. With a 5* rated customer service team who are available on telephone, chat and email we are always there to help. Our system has proved fast, reliable and cost effective way of submitting your DBS checks, aswell as Social Media, Right to Work and Digital ID Checks. Before joining Care Check Ltd, I worked as a deputy manager at a private nursery for 4.5 years, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in childcare, education, and Makaton sign language. I also hold a qualification in childcare from Solihull College, which reflects my interest and commitment to the mental and social health of children and families. My goal is to leverage my expertise in both childcare and DBS to support the mission and vision of Care Check Ltd and its clients.
