Various roles within the funeral service industry, banking sector (anti money laundering) and retail.All roles with a real focus on delivering and exceeding client service, maintaining high standards for the organisation and customers, and delivering against agreed SLA's. I have an eye for detail, can analyse information data and measure against KPI's to achieve organisational goals. I have supported my current organisation with the Organisational Development and restructure to a team of 20+ to land proposed changes and deliver new propositions.I have supported and delivered a remediation plan for one region within Funeralcare with 50+ colleagues. Part of the action plan was to analyse, assess, plan, build and role out training followed by recommendations catered specifically to the region to help improve its funeral excellence score and to ensure consistent way of working in line with the company procedures and regulations. My previous role in leadership and management developed my people skills through leading, coaching and developing a team of colleagues. I thoroughly enjoy forging new relationships with key stakeholders, third parties and local communities.
