About Danielle Rayman

Currently seeking new mission-driven program management or data analytics opportunities with positive global impacts! I received my MPH from Boston University with concentrations in Global Health and Health Program Management in 2017, where I conducted healthcare & housing program evaluations in both Kenya and Nicaragua. In both cases, I was responsible for developing conceptual frameworks to inform study design, formulating questionnaires and conducting participant interviews, collating and analyzing data in Excel and R, generating data visualizations, writing scientific reports, and presenting recommendations to key audiences in various formats. My work in Nicaragua additionally earned the Rex Fendall Award for Excellence in Public Health Writing from BU. Outside of this research, I also have coursework experience in epidemiology, biostatistics, data dashboards, environmental health, and financial management. After receiving my MPH, however, my career shifted into the Engineering Industry where I have sharpened my program management, technical, and data analysis skills. As a Project Manager, I manage a multi-million dollar project encompassing both hardware and software solutions, where I oversee scheduling, milestone planning, and budget tracking for a cross-functional team of about 25 members and 5-10 contractors and vendors. I have also use Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to measure project performance and forecast outcomes. I am proficient in MS Project, Excel, Jira, and Propel and eager to gain experience with new project management platforms. As a Process Engineer, I oversaw the successful completion of regulatory testing for our production scale 3D printer, managed the content development for our R&D printer user manual and training program, designed experiments and analyzed complex data sets in JMP, presented findings to leadership to inform quality improvement, wrote SOPs, established part tracking databases to track printer performance, and led the development effort for the successful launch of 17 new metal alloys. I also worked frequently and directly with members of other teams to provide and solicit feedback, acted as a subject matter expert for customer support technicians, and delivered trainings to customers and key partners both in the US and abroad. I’m excited for the opportunity to continue to grow with a new company!
