About Danielle Reid

As a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Science, I have a passion for creating and developing new products for the food and beverage industry. I currently work as an Associate Product Development Scientist at Pepsi Lipton, where I innovate new products for NASEA and AMESAA seed markets in PET and Can.In my role, I have contributed to the innovation and renovation of products for North America under Lipton and Brisk, as well as the sugar reduction for North America and Category 3 conversion for LATAM, leading the zero expansion for Pep + initiative. I have also been the communications lead for NSBE and Campus recruiting team for NC A&T, where I have engaged with diverse and talented students and professionals. I have applied my skills in food and beverage production, trends, and pairing, as well as my knowledge of natural and artificial flavors, to deliver high-quality and satisfying products for consumers. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can collaborate with and learn from other passionate and innovative scientists.
