About Danielle Rice

I am passionate about educational equity and amplifying the voices of those in marginalized communities. So much so that I have dedicated the last 13 years of my career to working in schools as a classroom teacher and administrator to provide a strong educational foundation for students and families in those communities. My career has been centered on the empowerment of students and teachers by way of the use of restorative practices, curriculum development, data analysis, coaching, and leading professional development. I do this primarily by creating and implementing systems of sustainability, managing programs that support and enrich the needs of the schools, and building meaningful relationships. Though I have loved my years of working in the classroom, I am ready to transition into a career that utilizes my knowledge and skills more effectively. I am interested in exploring Educational Technology, Instructional/Curriculum development, Education Consulting and Training.
