As a Virtual Billing Supervisor at Comcast, I manage a team of 9-18 customer account executives who handle billing inquiries and issues from our customers. I have been in this role for over ten years, and I have successfully improved the quality and efficiency of our services by implementing process improvement initiatives, providing employee training and coaching, and leveraging customer feedback and best practices. I am also a business student with a certificate in project management, and I have earned multiple certifications from LinkedIn on topics such as emotional engagement, leading with purpose, and Microsoft Teams. My passion for communication and motivation stems from my early interest in writing and expressing my opinions and emotions. I have learned to adapt my communication style to the virtual environment, where words are more important than facial expressions or body language. I use my communication skills to inspire and empower my team, as well as to build rapport and trust with our customers. I also enjoy working with numbers and data, and I use them to measure and improve our performance and customer satisfaction. When I am not working or studying, I love spending time with my family, reading, and traveling.
