This was a critical time for our organization as we were deep in the development life cycle of Airbus' A400M Cargo Handling System and I was supporting 90+ engineers. Organizing teams and driving closure were two of the necessary strengths that led to my success in this role. My strong desire for growth led to a Certification as an US Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO). In 2013, I returned to school and pursued my Bachelors degree in Business Management while managing a family with two young children. This led to a position in Government Sales & Contracts which expanded to Program Management. I have successfully managed key program platforms from inception to completion achieving on-time, on-budget, high quality project results. AW-101, CH-47 and C27J are a few examples of the successful programs managed. Working hand in hand to support the needs of key international and domestic aerospace contributors such as, Leonardo Helicopters, Sojitz, Airbus and Boeing has proven to be an invaluable experience. My role as Value Stream Leader for Collins Aerospace continues to widen my professional horizon.
