I am at heart a creative, curious and adventurous person. I have never shied away from saying Yes! to a great opportunity and this has led my career, and my life, in directions that I could never have imagined. So I let this imagination and conviction that I can find a solution guide me in everything I do, to avoid placing limits on myself, and on others' expectations of me. A corporate real estate professional with 18 years' experience in the EMEA region, I specialise in helping occupiers of all sizes with their global workplace needs and challenges, finding solutions for small and large international companies alike. Based in London, then Paris, I have managed transactions from 150 to and portfolios comprising all property types. However, the key to a great result in most projects has involved assisting clients to manoeuvre substantial international and cultural differences. I consider one of my key successes to have been the ability to steer and close deals on complex projects, managing differing expectations between stakeholders from the US to Europe and Asia, ensuring that all parties were happy with the outcome. This experience comprised: Corporate real estate consulting, Tenant Representation services, lease negotiations, portfolio & lease management, development & management of corporate real estate processes. Along with my husband, Sam, I am also the co-owner of Chez Robins gites at Trie-Chateau. We love to welcome travellers from across the globe to our fully equipped "home from home" accommodation for up to 8 people and to share our enthusiasm for the beautiful surrounding Vexin National Park. Aside from my entrepreneurial pursuits, I have also worked for the travel and hospitality industry, industrial corporations, law firms and financial institutions. Each field has enabled me to add breadth to my communication skills and a deeper understanding of global working cultures.
