As an experienced Planning & Supply Chain leader I have led large teams and managed $300M+ general merchandise businesses in an omni channel environment. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Finance from the University of Manitoba, and 15 years of experience at large Canadian retailers. I am passionate about developing and coaching talent, with experience leading teams of 15+ managers and individual contributors, successfully helping them progress in their careers. As a Merchandise Planning leader, my team is responsible for the annual budgeting process and in-season performance of sales, net margin, inventory turnover, and net margin return on investment. I also manage the open to buy and buying process for future seasons, ensuring optimal inventory allocation, assortment, and clearance across all categories and channels. I leverage my strong analytical, strategic, and relationship skills to influence people at all organizational levels while driving profitable growth.
