I am a multi-disciplined professional who boasts a wide skill set with 11 years’ contract management and business development experience in the international development and higher education sectors. Over my working career, I have been intimately involved in: Operational program management, program management and risk management. Excellent knowledge of DFAT polices, systems, processes and reporting requirements. Extensive experience in financial management and office administration. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective project systems, processes, manuals and toolkits. Competent in managing end to end recruitment and HRM related matters, performance management, supervision and providing mentoring support to locally engaged staff. Demonstrated experience in fraud management, safety and security management, and WHS. Technical inputs in monitoring and evaluation for international development related projects in governance, agriculture/food security and community development for DFAT, MFAT and UN WFP. The development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation tools as well as content development of training modules for DFAT funded volunteer and scholarships programs.
