About Danielle Russell

Currently serving as Aftercare Manager at Perfect Integration Ltd, I lead the charge in delivering outstanding post-installation care and ongoing technical support within the high-end AV Smart Home sector. I’m the primary point of contact for our clients after project handover, ensuring they continue to receive white-glove service long after installation is complete. From coordinating engineers and managing service requests to proactively resolving issues and maintaining SLAs, I ensure every client receives timely, reliable, and professional support. I take pride in building trust with clients and being their go-to contact for anything from troubleshooting to upgrades and preventative maintenance. While I also support procurement functions, my primary focus is delivering a seamless aftercare experience that upholds our reputation for excellence. I’m driven by service quality, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving both internal processes and customer satisfaction. Let’s connect if you're passionate about smart home technology, client success, or building exceptional aftercare programs in premium service industries.
