About Danielle Ryan

I am highly innovative and experienced in managing Improvement Transformation Projects and IT Implementation Projects. After years of experience working as a Business Improvement Manager in Telecommunications I transitioned to IT as a Business Analyst to effectively learn this field. Shortly thereafter I managed Hyper Care and am currently managing complex IT Implementation Projects. I am experienced in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies combined with customised approaches. I am highly skilled at requirements gathering; complex analysis; workshop facilitation; business cases; presentations; processes based on complex contract terms, scheduling, scoping, customer relationship management and project control. I am consultative and engaging with a strong ability to establish stakeholder commitment, build cross-functional teams, simplify complex information and drive change to deliver streamlined solutions within agreed schedules.
