Hi, I’m Danielle Sherrer. I’m an aunt, daughter, sister, niece, fiancée, granddaughter, and friend first. I’m also an experienced merchandising professional with over 10 years of merchandising experience under my belt. I believe work should not run our lives, and love being outside and active and also spending time with the people I love. I graduated from Mount Mary University in May 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Merchandise Management and a minor in Business Administration. I worked in retail throughout college while studying for my degree. After college, I moved into the corporate realm of merchandising and worked for Menards for over 5 years. In my time at Menards, I helped open over 50 new stores and complete over 50 remodels of existing stores. I work well in team settings but am also self-motivated, well organized, and great at time management. Verbal and written communication along with team management were a large part of the roles I had at Menards that have transitioned into my current role as a Site Merchandiser Supervisor for Online Stores.
