About Danielle Saglio

Prior to working with Restaurant Magic, I managed multi-unit restaurants in the Tampa Bay market for over 10 years which required full working knowledge of every aspect of the business. My career has exposed me to all areas of hospitality including multi-unit management, restaurant operations, executive forecasting, strategic planning, marketing in all forms, human resources, statistical analysis, food service flow, menu development, POS configuration, accounting practices and procedures, holiday parties, high-end wedding planning and coordination, catering sales, catering operations, event space sales, meeting space sales, hotel management, convention group coordination, problem solving and conflict resolution. My objective is to build strong business relationships with clients by helping other multi-unit restaurants with monthly and yearly goals. I am liaison between the client's senior executive team members and our sales, marketing, implementation, software development and training teams. My goal is to help identify areas in which our clients can benefit from the use of our software and also provide solutions that tactically benefit both parties. In turn, helping them to achieve key goals and benchmarks.
