About Danielle Sawh

I have nearly a decade of experience practicing family law, including advising clients on issues related to parenting, support, property and complex financial matters, divorce, domestic contracts, and family violence, both in and out of the courtroom. I have appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Court of Appeal. I regularly author legal articles, many of which are published on the Ontario Bar Association resource site, in the Toronto Law Journal, and in the SorbaraLAW Knowledge Centre. I have also contributed to federal and provincial family law publications including the Department of Justice Canada's Family Violence Toolkit and the Luke's Place Emergency Motions Toolkit. My practice combines experience and compassion, and I am dedicated to assisting family law clients navigate challenges with empathy and excellence.
