Our services include, but are not limited to, fire damage cleanup, soot removal, odor removal, bloodborne pathogen cleanup, water damage cleanup, flooding, mold remediation to residential and commercial clients. With almost three decades of experience in the insurance property claim industry, we will lessen your burden by handling your loss with professionalism and efficiency. CF1 will work directly with your insurance company or directly through you, whichever you prefer! Emergency services are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Don't forget that we also offer "all natural" carpet and tile cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. As for me? In 2011 I decided to partner up with an old colleague of mine, Robert Lyon. Rob started CF1 and successfully earned his niche in the market within a few years! I felt honored to become a part of the team. By 2013 Rob decided to take on a new venture and became the VP of a restoration firm in New York, and selling me his remaining shares in CF1 (We all know that you can't hold down an entrepreneur for long!). It was at this time that CF1 became a 100 percent woman-owned operation. Day-by-day, we keep earning our stripes and growing – primarily by referral! That in itself speaks volumes.
