With a strong foundation in communication, a knack for creativity, and a love for learning, I’m carving out a path in interior design that blends innovation, artistry, and functionality. I began my journey with a BAS in Communication from San Diego State University, where I honed my ability to connect ideas and people. My passion for creativity led me to explore graphic design, earning a certificate from UCSD Extension while mastering tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Along the way, I cultivated my love for fine arts and am always driven by curiosity and the desire to create. Now, I’m deepening my expertise in design with studies in Interior Design and Art History at Mesa Community College, where I’m expanding my technical skills in tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp and gaining insight into how history informs modern design. I aim to craft timeless spaces that bring together vintage and modern elements, blending character with contemporary elegance. My goal is to become a well-rounded design professional who not only creates beautiful spaces but also enriches lives through thoughtful, functional design. I’m particularly drawn to furniture design, the interplay of textures, and how design can evoke emotion and connection. When I’m not designing or learning, you’ll find me on the hunt for the perfect vintage chair, immersed in art history, or brainstorming ways to fuse creativity and functionality in new projects.
