I am a results-driven, qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa), with a solid foundation forged during my 3-year prerequisite training contract for admission as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa at Deloitte. I’m currently working as an adept Internal Audit Consultant for an American company based in Hoofddorp, with my professional journey spanning more than 10 years marked by a robust foundation as a Junior Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant, a Financial Manager, and a Senior Internal Auditor. As a Junior Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant my exposure to innovative solutions fostered a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems and their integration into financial ecosystems which has been a great benefit in my subsequent roles in both internal audit and accounting. During my time as a Senior Internal Auditor, I meticulously navigated complex financial landscapes while successfully identifying, and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As a Financial Manager I demonstrated agility by spearheading financial strategies. I was an integral part of the successful implementation of a new ERP system. Throughout my career I have consistently showcased a commitment to process improvement, strategic planning, and a keen eye for optimizing financial outcomes.
