As a leader in the British Army, I developed the ability to navigate intense situations while prioritising the growth, wellbeing, and performance of my teams. Whether mentoring individuals, managing disciplinary processes, mitigating operational risks, or delivering mission critical outcomes, I’ve learned that operational excellence starts with people focused leadership. My passion for change led me into organisational strategy. At the British Army’s Personnel Directorate, I contributed to policy reforms that impacted thousands across the Army. I also led the planning and execution of large scale hybrid events for senior leaders, managing complex logistics, risk, and strategic messaging. I transitioned into the private sector as Operations Director at EPIC Global Solutions, later promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate Operations. In this role, I’ve been instrumental in driving rapid growth, scaling operations, embedding risk mitigation, and enabling sustainable expansion into new markets—all while prioritising ethical business practices and employee wellbeing. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, risk management, and people leadership, and I am passionate about helping purpose driven organisations scale responsibly and achieve lasting impact.
