About Danielle Suberi

I am an Associate Attorney at Carmody MacDonald P.C. in St. Louis, Missouri. I concentrate my practice on bankruptcy, transactional, and general commercial litigation. I represent the interests of diverse litigants including businesses, business owners, trustees, lenders, and individuals. I regularly handle all aspects of complex bankruptcy filings under Chapters 7, 13, and 11, loan workouts and other matters related to debtors' and creditors' rights in state and federal jurisdictions. My representation includes: collection of delinquent accounts, including foreclosure and garnishment accounts; enforcement of loan documents; advising secure lenders in workouts, cash collateral use, and protection issues; litigating real estate disputes; litigating and defending adversarial bankruptcy proceedings; and representing landlords in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. I also advise businesses on a multitude of creditors' rights matters including bankruptcy litigation, claim disputes, fraudulent transfers, and preference actions. I am a member of the Missouri State Bar, as well as the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Southern District of Illinois. I received my Bachelor of the Arts in Economics with a Minor in Political Science from Agnes Scott College in 2004, and received my Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007. Some of my accomplishments include being appointed to the BAMSL Bankruptcy Law Committee in 2013, presenting at the St. Louis Annual Bankruptcy Institute in 2014, and being named the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Honorable Cornelius Blackshear Fellow in 2015.
