In doing this work, I have relied on my background in psychology and teaching to create simple, elegant solutions that streamline information delivery and bring the “necessary” to the surface. When products are simple and intuitive, their impact and value can be more easily embraced by the user. As a product leader with over ten years of teaching experience in higher education and a solid foundation in product management principles, I have developed a unique skill set in the management and delivery of products. I have led multi-team projects in the creation of learning tools and have demonstrated success in developing project models, plans, and scopes. Furthermore, I have worked collaboratively across teams to ensure timelines and deliverables meet company objectives. I excel in the organization, communication, and delivery of critical information to team members, stakeholders, and professionals at all levels. Additionally, as a trained research psychologist, I have used my understanding of basic psychological theory to inform product design, as well as develop methods to explore and improve the user experience.
