Background

About Danielle Taylor

I am an experienced HR professional who began my working life in the hospitality and tourism industry, prior to progressing into the charity sector where I have now been for over 5.5 years. During this period of transition, I was able to pursue a career path in Human Resources, by not only gaining first hand experience of this area by working part-time in my first HR position, I also developed my skills academically by (simultaneously) completing a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, with the added challenge of remote learning (full-time) during the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions. Alongside my abilities and experience in the hospitality and charity sectors, I have managed to hone my talents in different areas including administration, project management, coaching and ultimately my interpersonal and people skills. I am very passionate about employee engagement and wellbeing, and seek to draw on my knowledge and experience to support my peers and colleagues where I can.
