I am the Hospitality Services Manager at Heritage Greens with Kisco Senior Living. I assist families in times of transition by helping take care of the move in and welcome home experience, billing, and general resident inquiries and concerns. I have an amazing team, amazing residents, and an amazing career in general. I have always had a passion for communicating with and helping others and believe that it is extremely important to treat those around me with respect and kindness, no matter who they are. I truly believe that it takes someone with passion, drive, and patience to work in this career field, and I feel so honored to be able to make a positive difference in people's lives. I hold many years of experience in multiple industries including retail, restaurant, customer service, and childcare. They have given me amazing opportunities to learn the balance of communication, professionalism, and client/guest satisfaction. While working for these companies I have had the honor and advantage to meet many diverse groups of people, along with the opportunity to learn from different ages and cultures. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, as well as a Minor in Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I pride myself in being highly organized and paying extra attention to the details. My top five strengths are communication, empathy, adaptability, patience, and dedication.
