Danielle joined u&u. in February 2013 and works as the Partner, HSE and HR for Queensland. She is focused on developing strategies to attract and engage exceptional contract and permanent Safety and Environment professionals, and junior – mid level HR professionals, ensuring a premium experience for both candidate and client throughout the recruiting and hiring process. Danielle has eleven years of experience working within recruitment and human resources, both in internal and external environments. She has worked across various industries including Oil and Gas, Mining, and Financial Services. Danielle prides herself on adding value to candidates through her expertise in high level candidate management and care, whilst building strong relationships and networks with clients within the HR and HSE space in QLD. Danielle’s experience working both internally within the oil and gas and finance industries, and externally within industries such as government, utilities, manufacturing, retail, not for profit, health care, IT, education, agriculture, mining and construction in Brisbane has given her a unique understanding of our client’s needs and the challenges faced in sourcing the right people.
