About Danielle van Zyl

During my time at DataNoble, which formed 12 years of my career, I was responsible for designing and implementing large-scale improvement and growth programmes, centered around refining Product Strategies and Customer Experience (CX) for some of the largest technology and financial companies in Africa and the Middle East. I led multiple complex teams and projects with great efficiency and excellent results. The key services we offered included market research, business strategy development, sales and customer support training, and Management Information System (MIS) app development with incident management and dashboard reporting. I also served as interim CEO between 2020 and 2022. In 2022-2023, I immigrated from South Africa to Germany and I am currently living mid-way between Frankfurt and Heidelberg. Initially, when starting to work in Germany, I joined AMERIA AG (a company specialising in gesture control technology). There, I was in charge of product and sales strategy for solutions that add interactivity to digital signage. The role involved business development tasks, innovation planning in terms of our solutions and internal processes, as well as team leadership and creative content design for software applications and games that are customised for each client's use case. Later, I joined AirPlus International as Product Manager for Mobile, to support the corporate credit card business with optimizing their mobile touchpoints. These include Android and iOS mobile apps as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay integration, compliance, and financial reporting. Now, I have joined the PBS team. PBS specializes in data archiving solutions related to SAP and I am supporting with the development of their cloud-based solution.
