About Danielle Viquez
In May of 2017 I graduated with a Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Nevada Reno. I specifically enjoy working with youth and adult groups. During an internship I had the opportunity to work with high school students on a Civic Literacy project by connecting them with council members and legislators. I was able to work with a group to create a curriculum plan based on the group's needs and goals. Through the internship I also gained experience on providing community education on local advocacy efforts and resources. It is now my passion to provide the community with resources and information on how to get involved in their local forms of government.
