Preferably an international job that allows me to learn and experience more in order to help and advise others with and from different angles and cultural aspects. My previous job was to manage a local children's home in the Volta Region of Ghana. Working with local staff members and guiding them and the residing children in their daily life. Administrative tasks, creating and updating organizational documents, social support towards the residing children and caregivers were main tasks in my job. Working in an setting different than I am used to enabled me to become more flexible, create solutions with minimal resources and fight for those in need.
