About Danielle Walker

It is my personal goal to continue down the path of leadership development through education and I believe that this can be achieved through training and development initiatives. I am excited to be involved in an environment that thrives in innovation to better serve and equip staff for the needs of their clientele. With my experience in Residence Life, Advising, Diversity and Inclusion work, and volunteer work throughout my career, I am excited to continue my career in Leadership Development. In my career, I have developed mentoring and networking opportunities for both new and returning professionals. I created a 4- year professional development plan; and developed training that focused on how to respond to emergencies on a college campus, how to recruit and hire new employees, how to lead, supervise, and build community. I had the privilege of planning and managing large-scale programming for about 200 students with a $1200 – budget. In my current role, I have restructured our Leadership Council and train young adults on managing a budget of contract review, and leadership development. I am looking forward to continue building my skills are your company.
